On Thursday, 23rd April 2026, the (NSU) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Onomo Hotel in Nakasero. The meeting brought together board members, union members, partners, and invited guests for a day of reflection, discussion, and strategic planning.
The Annual General Meeting was convened to review the organization’s achievements and challenges over the past year, present financial reports, and outline priorities for the year ahead. During the session, heads of various departments shared progress updates, highlighted key accomplishments, and presented their future goals and action plans. Members were also given an opportunity to engage in discussions, ask questions, and provide valuable suggestions.
Several key resolutions were reached during the meeting, including strategies to strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability through various projects, enhance communication among members, and promote stronger teamwork across the organization.
