The Neurosurgical Society of Uganda (NSU) is a non-profit organisation of neurosurgeons dedicated to providing quality healthcare through a broad spectrum of medical and surgical services to Ugandan and international patients.  Founded in 2017, NSU originated as an idea conceived during a meeting held at the Fairway Hotel by the then-six neurosurgeons.
